If you are successfully approved for the Affordable Connectivity Program with Google Fiber, we鈥檒l send you a confirmation email upon verification of your ACP eligibility, as well as an email with the remaining steps to complete your Google Fiber account creation. This typically takes 24 to 48 hours.

  1. If you are already enrolled in ACP with Google Fiber and want to move to our new 300 Meg plan, you can do this directly from your customer portal by following these . If you are not already enrolled in ACP, please follow steps #2-#4.
  2. If you haven鈥檛 yet been approved through the FCC and do not yet have your application ID#, please visit to confirm your eligibility and receive your application ID.
  3. Once you have your application ID, fill out the .
  4. If you are successfully approved for the Affordable Connectivity Program with Google Fiber, you will receive a follow up email confirming your enrollment status and your expected service plan & price. This typically takes 24 to 48 hours.
