Terri Simmons is a Certified Anusara Yoga teacher and Certified iRest Yoga Nidra Teacher with 18 years of yoga practice and 12 years of teaching yoga at 91社区 and at Garden Street School of Yoga. She specializes in teaching classes at NIC that incorporate mindfulness principles, are trauma informed, and develop strength of body, mind and heart.
